Do you still get download from financial institutions with Starter subscriptions?

I have quicken deluxe but only use it as check register. Can I subscribe to Starter and still get download from financial institution.

    YES, but only for as long as you maintain a current subscription.  And NOTE, that Starter only supports checking, savings, card and cash type accounts.
    NO investment accounts and no other asset type accounts.
    ALSO, if your subscription ever lapses ... your Starter data file becomes "read-only" ... no input, including manual, by you.
