Your issue might be caused by the issue described in the following Alert: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7874067/ongoing-4-16-20-you-may-experience-errors-updating-some-of-your-accounts#latest.This issue is affecting many FIs, not just the ones specifically identified in the Alert. CC-502 is one of the many error codes/messages that are being received and sometimes there is no error code/message returned but the account simply does not update.I and others have reported better success updating at night (after 8/9 pm CDT) when the data processing and connection loads at the FIs are lower.

I am still getting the cc 502 error. What else should I be doing? Is there still a connection problem with Peoples United Bank? Thank you0
