Quicken Bill Manager - Biller setup issue

Trying to setup Duke Power, and Quicken told me I was locked out and had to go to biller website. The biller is changing their website and forced me to re-register. How do I enter the updated information into Quicken? The only options are to Refresh - Quicken does not prompt for any corrected information but just blindly uses the old information and gets the same error message.
