Quicken Bill Manager - Biller setup issue

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Trying to setup Duke Power, and Quicken told me I was locked out and had to go to biller website. The biller is changing their website and forced me to re-register. How do I enter the updated information into Quicken? The only options are to Refresh - Quicken does not prompt for any corrected information but just blindly uses the old information and gets the same error message.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this.
To resolve this, you will need to remove the biller and re-add them again - See below- Manage Online Bills
- Remove
- Once removed you can add the biller again with your new credentials
