Draftking Corporate Merger
MICHAEL J LAWSON
I have to account for the corporate merger of Diamond Eagle and Draftking. I use Corporate Acquisition and identify DEAC as Company Acquired and DKNG was Acquiring Company, 1:1 share, and closing price of DEAC on the day before the merger, And then nothing happens. The transaction is not in the Register and DKNG is not added to my Security List. In fact I can't even directly add DKNG to the Security List.

Hello
@MICHAEL J LAWSON
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
May I first ask that you navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are running?
Also, do you receive any type of error or message when you attempt to add the DKNG security, or does the process appear to work, and then the security is nowhere to be found?
Please let us know!

Have you checked "Show Hidden Securities" to see if you've previously added it to your securities list?

Tyka, NotACPA:
I think it may have been a timing issue as DKNG symbol did not exist perhaps until 4/27. In any event, today I am able to add DKNG to my Security List. Thank you both.
