Unable to create a Quicken Account no matter what I try

I'm unable to create a quicken account. It just doesn't work.

On the website. I was actually able to create an account using Quicken for Mac.0

BUT, QMobile and Q on the Web are merely adjuncts to the desktop product.There's a LOT of things that the desktop can do that those optional, adjuncts can't do.SO, have you been able to create the account in your desktop product?

Just to confirm that I am understanding the situation correctly, the above error was received when attempting to create a Quicken ID account on the www.quicken.com website, is that correct?
If so, am I correct in understanding that you were successful in creating the new Quicken ID account from directly within the Quicken for Mac product?

Hi Sarah, yes I was able to successfully create an account using the mac app. The above error was received when attempting to create a new account on the website.
The error I posted was the response from the server, which I got from opening the browsers (Chrome) developer tools.0 -
