One PC says my account is locked out, the other works fine!

I've been using Quicken since DOS days, and just purchased the subscription.
I use Quicken on 2 pcs (a desktop and a laptop).
Purchased the upgrade on the laptop, installed it, set it up, all seems fine.
But when I try to log on to my quicken account on the desktop to download the installer I get this error:
Your account has been temporarily locked.
You've exceeded the number of sign in attempts. Please try again later.
I can log on and off the laptop no problem.
What's wrong?
