Today (30 Apr, last day of month) I was unable to do any Quick Pays or Check Pays within my Quota
When I tried to make a couple of Quick Pays and Check Pays with Bill Manager a popup came up and said that my quota would be reset on the 1st day of the month (tomorrow) and showed my quota balance for today to be 3 Quick Pays and 2 Check Pays. But the bill manager did not process my payments for the Quick Pays and Check Pays as if I was out of my quota for the month. I went to the Payment Accounts window within the Bills & Income tab and it showed my quota balance to be # Quick Pays and 2 Check Pays as Payments Remaining (my balance).
