can't login

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I can't login to quicken.com or to the quicken login popup when using quicken. So, now I can't get quote updates. I use a password manager and my password hasn't changed. When I go to the support page and click "Talk to Support" nothing happens. I paid my annual bill a few months ago.
How do I get support out of this company?
