Chase CC getting Error 2000 during update

I am using version 5.15.3 (Build 515.33035.100) on OS macOS 10.15.4. My last successful download was Friday at 4:01pm. This morning I am getting download error 2000.

Before you follow the above troubleshooting, are you connecting to Chase via Quicken Connect or Direct Connect. If the former, I highly recommend you switch to Direct Connect which is free for Chase credit cards and much more reliable.

I just connected to my two Chase cards this morning without problem using Direct Connect.
