ERROR - Quicken encountered an error while communicating with our servers

I have several accounts that log in ok - but now showing errors when I log in to

- PAYPAL and CITI...

- this has been happening for several days
- logged out then back in
- check for updates (on latest)

- still a problem

HOW DO WE FIX THIS?
