Incorrect values

I just signed up for the Starter Edition because my old PC based edition expired. When I opened the new version, my account values decreased by about a factor of 6. All the accounts are logged using online transactions from the financial institutions. Is there any way to correct these?

Are the transactions up to date? Maybe you opened an old data file. See if you have any other .qdf files on your computer. By the way the Starter Edition is very limited and does not have investments. The Starter Edition does not support mortgages or loans.
What version/year did you have before? The Starter Edition might not open files from other versions.I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

You need to upgrade to at least Deluxe for your investment accounts to be usable in Q.
