Is the Quicken E Bill reminder feature only for USA.

I have tried to setup Canadian E billing information for several companies. Quicken can't find the company

That is correct it is only for the US.

Did I miss that or is it not mentioned in any of the promo material or the features lists?

You didn't miss it, because they never state it.  As in from what I can see they state it like "With this service, you can not only track all your bills but also choose how to pay them: same day electronic payments to over 11,500 online billers using Quick Pay or pay anyone in the US via checks using Check Pay. "

They never stated where the 11,500 online billers are.

But I happen to know that this service is provided by a third party that doesn't service Canada.

Do you know if the feature will eventually include Canadian billers, or will we get a credit for features we paid for and didn’t receive?

Quicken Inc isn't in a habit of stating if or when they are going to release features so your guess is as good as any.  As far as getting money out of Quicken Inc for something that your perceived was offered (and really wasn't) good luck on that.

About the only thing I think they will do is refund your money, and turn off your subscription if you make a request within 30 days of the purchase.
