Account status says I downloaded transactions but they do not show in the accounts

When I run update Account status says I downloaded transactions but they do not show in the accounts. this has been going on since May 28th

    Have you verified at your financial institution(s) that there are actual transactions that are not showing in the accounts?

    Please note that the Account status window may not reflect an actual number of transactions downloaded for accounts connected via Quicken Connect.
