    You can't. 
    The only data that can be imported from Excel/CSV is securities prices.
    BUT if you do a web search, you should be able to find a CSV to QIF converter ... that MIGHT work, depending upon the type of account and your BUILD of Quicken.

    What type of data are you attempting to import?

    Quicken can import security prices from a properly formatted CSV file.

    If you want to import account transactions, you'll need to convert the data into another format.  I suggest you consider using ImportQIF: http://www.quicknperlwiz.com
