Why does my Quicken open to a Spending tab now instead of Home?

I tried to fix it by going to "view" and unchecking the spending tab. It is now allowing me to as it is not highlighted like the other tab options.

Right click on your Home tab and select "Start Quicken on Home".
You can also change the setting in:
Edit -> Preferences -> Startup -> On startup open to:Signature:
