Having trouble customizing reports. (Q Mac)

When I try to create a report with this year's date (2020) the report Quicken produces is missing a considerable amount of data including many transactions and tags. I have tried starting with "Create Transaction Report" or converting a custom report from a previous year. The results are the same. I'm using Quicken Premier 2020 v.5.16.1 on an iMac with OS High Sierra v.10.13.6

Hello @sitzmanmd
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
First, have you confirmed that the missing transactions are listed in the check register? If so, please verify that all of the payees are selected.
Navigate to the report once more and choose "Customize" this time please choose "Payees."
As a test, please choose to Select Include Transactions With Any or No Payees"s the category will filter out only the payees with the selected categories.
Then select "OK" and view the report once more, are the transactions still missing?
Please let us know!

Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words …
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
