Why does the estimated Income column in reports show '0'?

The Estimated Income is based on a number you enter. Go to the Security detail view for each security, click on Enter security details, then click on Other info.
In the Est. Income box, enter the dividends you expect to receive in dollars per share per year.
Quicken multiplies this number by the number of shares you hold to produce the Estimated Income shown in the Portfolio views.

You enter that information - on a per share basis - when you set up the security. You can always edit this field.
