Sign In Screen Appeared Sudddenly

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
Good Day, Within the last week (today is 29 Jun 2020), when I start Q Deluxe, a screen appears asking that I sign in with my Quick IQ and Password. It has never has appeared before. Using Version R27.24 Build 27.1.27.24. I do not use any Q online banking services. How do I turn off the request to Sign In with my Quicken ID Password? Thank you.

The Quicken ID sign in is required to maintain authorization of the subscription. The prompt for authentication should be infrequent but may be triggered by an update, or switching Quicken files or network addresses.5

You can't. Do you have Quicken 2016 or 2017 Versions, to use in place of Quicken Subscription?
