Why do I get "Quick pay payments not available for this biller" for "Bank of the West"?

So, Quicken BillPay web service is going away. We're moving our payees over to Bill Manager.

It's a hassle, but we're getting there, EXCEPT...

I added "Bank of the West", (which we used to e-pay using old Quicken BillPay). It was able to fetch our current bill. However, when we tried to pay this payee, we got error "Quick pay payments not available for this biller". Why would it work on the old Quicken BillPay and fetch bills ok on the new Bill Manager, but not allow us to make an e-payment??

    Being that the issue you are experiencing can have multiple causes-- I recommend reaching out to Quicken Support instead as your issue may require extensive troubleshooting in order to have this successfully resolved.
