Transactions not posting to budget

Have 2 bank accounts and budget. Transactions from one account register transfer to budget but transactions from second one does not transfer. Any idea why? I have set up a budget for a number of years and have not had this problem in the past.

There's a "Select accounts to budget" option in the Budgets view. Please verify that your account is, in fact, included in the budget.
If it is, can you tell us more about the problem account and show us one or more problem transactions and how you determine that they are not showing in the budget.
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
