You could restore a backup.Quicken Subscription HBRP - Windows 105

If some amount of time has passed since the messed-up reconcile and you don't want to restore to an old backup, you certainly can "un-reconcile" by changing the "R" in the Clr column to either a blank or a "c." You can do this one transaction at a time or you can do it "in bulk" within a register by using the Windows convention of selecting the first item to change, moving down through the register and doing a {Shift}-select on the last item. With all the items selected you can then right-click the mouse, selecting "Reconciled status" from the drop-down list of actions, and changing all the transactions to "Not reconciled" or "Cleared."
