Can anyone help me with a problem downloading transactions. I use Quicken Deluxe 2020 on Windows 10

When I update accounts, either individually or a full update, the transaction details do not download, only the current balance. The dashboard for these accounts reflects "processing data", instead of the normal "sending data', "receiving data", etc. About half of my accounts are now doing this so I don't beleive it is a problem with the financial institution. It appears to be most banking accounts, but not all, instead of investment accounts. The problem started around 7/15 or so and continues. Have tried to deactivate/reactivate an account, but this does not fix it. Hope someone can help! Thanks, Dave
