Oops sign in- Mac

    :( Since end of June, Quicken Mobile stopped sync'ing my expense categories from Quicken for MAC. Mobile only provides its own generic list. Since most recent Q Mobile update, I've been getting the "OOPS" error and cannot sign in at all. Seems updates aren't well tested before releasing. Maybe time for a new software product.

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue.

    I would start by taking a look at the steps outlined here particularly the steps under " I am Missing Transactions On the Mobile App."

    If you are still experiencing trouble signing in, is this only occurring on the mobile app or are you seeing this in the desktop version as well?
