I am getting a blank sign in window with no opportunity to sign in.
Sometime yesterday I got a box to prompt me for the Quicken ID and password, but it was empty. No content, no fields to log in with. I closed it and it popped up again, I closed it again and it let me into Quicken. Today, I have that sign in window and I can't get past it. My quicken is unusable at this point. I've attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing.

I tried installing Quicken on a different computer and logging in and it worked fine. So I uninstalled Quicken, deleted all of the left over install and configuration files and reinstalled it. That appears to have fixed the problem.1

I'm at the point where I'm trying to log into my Quicken account in my web browser and I'm getting an "oops, something went wrong" message. Firewall is off. I signed into this account earlier with no problem.0

So additional information. If I go to the signin link in that support document I cannot sign in. If I simply go to quicken.com and click the Sign In -> My Account link I can sign in.0

So when I create a new file, and when I try to open my existing file, I see this window, with no opportunity to enter an ID.0

If you are getting the Oops! Message when signing in, Close Quicken and then reopen Quicken. At the bottom of the window or near the bottom, click Sign in as a different user.Sign out and sign back in.On one of those screenshots, it appears that the font size is too large. Also see this FAQ: https://community.quicken.com/discussion/7307115/add-your-quicken-information-to-your-posts-plus-how-you-are-connected-to-the-internetthecreator - User of Quicken Subscription R32.12 USA & Quicken 2017 HBRP R20.6 USA
