Unsure of of my status as a Bill Pay Legacy User

I was a Quicken 2017 Bill Pay User. After my transition my version became Quicken Deluxe. In trying to transition to the new Bill Manager I misread the instructions and thought I needed to cancel my old Bill Pay account. After I had done this I reread the instructions and realized that was only if I did NOT want to use the new Bill Manager. I called support and they said the issue would be resolved by making my version Quicken Premier. So Now I am wondering if I am still considered a Bill Pay user in terms of the limit on the number of Quick pay/Check Pay checks I am allowed to write each month.

Hello @lokigrac,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and explaining your situation.
I believe you should still be given the same Bill Manager payment limits for Quick Pay and Check Pay that a Bill Pay legacy user would be given by upgrading to Quicken Premier. Those limits can be found here in this support article.
If you see that this is not the case, then I do recommend that you reach out to Quicken Support and explain what happened and why the payment limits need to be adjusted. Our support agents can contact our Tier 2 team for you and have any necessary corrections made.
I hope this help!-Quicken Anja
