Paying Bills, Online Billers & Reminders (Windows)
Unsure of of my status as a Bill Pay Legacy User
lokigrac
I was a Quicken 2017 Bill Pay User. After my transition my version became Quicken Deluxe. In trying to transition to the new Bill Manager I misread the instructions and thought I needed to cancel my old Bill Pay account. After I had done this I reread the instructions and realized that was only if I did NOT want to use the new Bill Manager. I called support and they said the issue would be resolved by making my version Quicken Premier. So Now I am wondering if I am still considered a Bill Pay user in terms of the limit on the number of Quick pay/Check Pay checks I am allowed to write each month.

Hello
@lokigrac
,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community and explaining your situation.
I believe you should still be given the same Bill Manager payment limits for Quick Pay and Check Pay that a Bill Pay legacy user would be given by upgrading to Quicken Premier. Those limits can be found here in this
support article
.
If you see that this is not the case, then I do recommend that you reach out to
Quicken Support
and explain what happened and why the payment limits need to be adjusted. Our support agents can contact our Tier 2 team for you and have any necessary corrections made.
I hope this help!
