Reports (Windows)
How do you expand a report so that the entire memo notes shows?
Jim
I need a report for an insurance company. I have report saved. It does not show the entire memo section. I need everything that is wrote in memo section to appear. Can it be done? Any help would be greatly apprecisted. Thanks

In the report itself that's showing on the computer screen you can grab the dividers that separate the various column headings and make the columns wider or narrower. Deleting certain nonessential columns from the report can give you more room, if you need it. If you want every single default column in the report to be included and can't get enough room to show the entire memo field then printing the report in landscape mode in another resort.

If you export the report to Excel, it appears that all the Memo and Notes info is included. In Excel, you can set those columns to wrap.
