Thank you for posting in the Community today. There are a
few ways to print transactions recorded in your register. Click on the gear
icon above the search bar on the top right of the register. From the drop-down
menu choose PRINT TRANSACTIONS.
Another option is to create a report. Reports > Spending
> Itemized Payees.
From there, click on the gear icon at the top right and you’ll be able to customize the report to only show the specific transactions that are required.

Thanks for your quick response. What I was thinking would be acceptable to my company is the information provided in the box that pops up when you click for the payment status on the individual transaction. It provides all the info the old bill pay provided and that was aceptable to my company .
