Please review the instructions found in this support article on how to install Quicken. You will need to scroll down to the section titled Instructions for the Subscription Release of Quicken.

As for your 2nd question-- if you are referring to the box you typed it in, it's an additional space for you to further elaborate and explain your initial question since there is a limit on how many characters you can use.
