I am unable to update my email address

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
I have been trying to update my email address and am unable to do so. When I try to update it on the profile page it then prompts me for my password. After entering my password nothing happens. I have tried this on multiple different browsers.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
There are 2 ways of going about this.
The first method (which you have tried already)-- If the email you are trying to change to does not exist as a Quicken ID yet--
Click here to sign in to your My Account page. Then, click on "Change Email/Quicken ID" (see illustration below)

Second method-- If the email you are trying to change to does exist as a Quicken ID or the first method shown above fails--
Click here to fill out the Email Change Request Form.
Alternatively, you can also reach out to Quicken Support via chat or phone for assistance if you are having trouble with the first method.
