Hello @croscoe,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
I took the liberty of checking if CIBC is available in our bank list and which connection types are available for them.
Here's what I found-- CIBC is available to download transactions, however, only through Web Connect [.qfx] (for Canada accounts), which requires a 2-step (manual) download.
That said, you will need to log in to CIBC's online banking website and look for the option to Download or Export transactions or account activity (the verbiage used varies from bank to bank). Choose your desired date range and make sure to choose Quicken, Web Connect, or .qfx as the file type/format to download.
Once downloaded, you'll go back to Quicken and follow the steps below.- Go to File
- Import
- Bank or Brokerage File (OFX, QFX)...
- Select the file previously downloaded from your bank's website (usually located in your Downloads folder by default)
- Click Open
- Continue
I hope this helps and let us know if you have any additional questions!-Quicken Anja
