Change net worth in transactions window to account balance

Suddenly, the transaction window shows my total net worth, instead of the balance for the account I am using. How do I get it to show the account balance again?

The list of accounts never shows in a transaction register if you open it in its own window. So if you click once on All Transactions in the main window, the reigster shows all transactions and the left sidebar is visible; if you double-click on All Transactions, it opens a register of all transactions in its own stand-alone window. The sidebar is only visible in the main window.
If you have multiple windows open, clicking Command-1 will bring the main window to the front.
If you don't see the list of accounts in the main window, but there is a thin blue column down the left side, you have hidden the sidebar. Click the ">" icon at the top of that blue column to un-hide the sidebar.Quicken Mac Subscription • Quicken user since 19935

Hello @dfritzin
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize for any confusion this has caused.
The Net Worth will be displayed instead of the account balance when "All Transactions" is selected as shown below.
To see the account balance, please select the account you would like to view on the left-hand side.
Please let me know how it goes!

I hate to ask a dumb question, but how do I get Quicken (for Mac) to show the accounts on the left side of the All Transactions window? It used to show up in previous versions, but since the last update, I don't see it, and I can't see how to get it to show.
I am using Quicken Version 5.17.6 (Build 517.34958.100). Does this make a difference?
Thanks.0 -
