FY Summary Totals for Parent Category incorrect

Question

My parent categories of Marketing and Taxes for my new business are not showing up correctly in the summary. Marketing excludes the Everything Else Category and Taxes excludes Other Taxes.  I'd attach a screenshot but there doesn't seem to be an option for that here.

First, could you please provide which version release of Quicken you have currently running?* Help > About Quicken

Also, when did this issue first start? Since you are unable to attach a screenshot, could you please try dragging and dropping the screenshot to your response and see if it will allow you to add it that way instead?
