One Step Update Message "Waiting"

When I run One Step Update to download transactions from the two Financial Institutions I have, the Progress message shows that both of the Financial Institutions are "--- Waiting...". I have waited for up to 3 hours and it never finishes. After I received this message the first time, I updated to Version R29.12 Build and still have the problem. I have tried signing out and back in with the same account id as someone suggested but continue to have the same problem.

    Please provide the full name of the financial institution and the connection method being used: open the register, press Ctrl + Shift + E and select the Online Services tab.

    Have you tried deselecting the first financial institution and see if the second will go through?

    What are the financial institutions?
    (I'm using the latest Quicken subscription version)

    I have deselected the first and it “waited” on the 2nd one in the list. The first is a credit card and the second is a Credit Union. Both of these worked as recently as 2 days ago. I prefer not to give the names of these institutions as that should not make a difference.

    I always fail to see what is so confidential about a financial institution name, and even though you don't think so, it tends to matter a lot.  But have it your way.
