Selectively update accounts Manually

I have accounts that require 2 factor authentication, frequently. I don't want to change their connection type, but I would like to manually update them instead of include them with 'Update all online accounts"
For example, my mortgage accounts don't change throughout the month, yet every time I want to update all accounts, I have to go through the 2 factor authentication for all of them. Even though there won't be changes until the end of the month.
I'm relatively new, so maybe I'm missing something.
I know I can update accounts one by one, but that is even more onerous.
Thanks.

Hello @egauthier
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your question, although I apologize that you have not received a follow-up response.
At this time there is no option to exclude accounts from updating, I apologize.
There are a few ongoing Ideas such as the one here, to change the update process however, there is currently no ETA on when or if this will be available.
I apologize for not having better news.

Go to account register.
Click the gear icon near top right.
Select Update Now
That does a 1 time update

I think you are talking about windows version, but yes, that does a one time update on that specific account. I don't want to have to do that for every account. What I would like to do is exclude accounts from "update all accounts" but not change the connection type.
