ETF prices not updating

Subscription Quicken for Mac has not been able to update ETF prices for at least 5 days. There are posts about this problem from September, but nothing in the last couple of weeks. Updated to the latest build - Version 5.18.2 (Build 518.35919.100) - and immediately ran into this problem. Running MacOS 10.15.7. Is anyone else having this problem or have a fix for it?

This is currently a known issue and our teams are working on getting this resolved. Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on this. Once a solution becomes available, it will be applied to a future update release.

Update ETF prices interrupted by the end of septembre for 2 out of 3 ETF. I have to update manually every day :-(
