Investments won’t update.

Quicken Windows 2017 Member ✭✭
Just today quicken won’t update my portfolio. Provides date and time of update but does show updated info.

Do you mean "does NOT show updated info"?And, what Q product, and build of that product, are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.Also, what brokerage, or fund company, holds this/these accounts? Are all investments held in the accounts in USD?

Yes I mean “does not”. I’m using premier which has latest updates. My accounts are held at Raymond James.0

Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
At this point, I would recommend waiting until Monday and attempting to update once more.
If you still do not receive an update by then, please provide the name of the financial institutions as well as the version of Quicken you are running.
