Quicken Mobile is suddenly not updating Desktop with One Step Update

It has always worked before, but now Quicken Mobile does not update the desktop with One Step Update. If I update manually by going to Mobile & Web, Cloud Sync it will populate the desktop. I searched for this issue and have already reset cloud data but problem is still there. How do I resolve this?

Hello @RodneyF
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response. Please go into the One Step Update Settings and see if you have the option to "Sync to the Quicken Cloud" checked.
If this already checked, please try to uncheck this box and recheck it once more and see if this improves the behavior.
If the trouble persists after completing these steps, I would next try to sign out and sign back in. To do so, please see the steps below.
- Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click sign in as a different user
- Type "yes" to sign out
- After you sign out, sign back in with the same Quicken ID
Please let me know how it goes
Thank you,
-Quicken Tyka

Did all of the above. It seemed to sync successfully but I am now getting a diagnostic "Errors during Quicken Cloud sync."0
