How to download older bank data?

I started over with a new hard drive. I cannot download any bank data from 1/1/20 through 5/31/20. I do not seem to have any Quicken backup on my old external drive since 9/26/19. How do I unlock Qicken download of bank (BECU) records for the missing 6 months before tax season?

The bank itself dictates how far "back in time" downloads will be available, not Quicken. You might check the bank's web site and see if they have available for you downloadable information prior to 5/31/20; some do typically as OFX files.
