An investment transaction list is the what Quicken uses to refer to an investment account register.  The Memorized Payee List is a list of Memorized Payees.  Memorized Payees are used to aid with the entry of transactionsPress F1

I have recently gotten back to trying to use memorized investment transactions.

I have a list of about 5 that are outdated.

How do you create new memorized investment transactions?

Pointing me to current documentation on this would be great!

    Thanks!

To memorize an investment transaction, right-click on the investment transaction you would like to memorize and select Memorize investment transaction.

Have you checked View > Classic Menus?

I'm using "Classic Menus" but still can not memorize my investment transaction.

    Has this process changed?

The documentation you reference does not seem to be accurate?

The documentation appears to be accurate.

When you right-click on a transaction in an investment register, the following menu should appear:

You missed the step @Sherlock gave you.  You need to memorize the transaction from inside the investment account.  Right click on the transaction you want to memorize.

And here is the menu item for bringing up the list from the Classic Menus.

Gentlemen, Thank you for you responses.

I believe I solved my issue. In my investment account I was right clicking on an "admin" transaction (Mgmt Fees) not an actual investment transaction like buy or sell.

I did not realize there was this difference in an investment account.

So, after realizing this, I was able to memorize the payee and use reminders to generate the transaction each month in my investment register.
