Why can't I print portfolio x-ray

The "Print Portfolio X-Ray" option in the File Menu is grayed out. Does anyone know what might be wrong?

Actually there is an Idea post to fix the X-Ray printing and it is in the Planned state.

Thanks, Jim_Harman. You answered my question. I was pretty sure the link was someone abusing the forum but didn't want to say anything. I recently got a nasty "warning" for posting something that I still cannot imagine what the offense was.
