Bill pay and quick pay counters not resetting.

After October my usage counters stopped resetting. I let it go through in November but my anniversary date has passed and still not resetting. Any ideas?????

    If you haven't already, please, contact Quicken Support directly for this issue as it requires assistance from our Tier 2 team in order to have it successfully resolved.
