Retrieve lost invoices

I have a situation where I have invoices that are not showing in my CUSTOMER INVOICES. I guess since I am new to Q, I did not enter the payments properly. Is there a way to pull up the invoices that were attached to the payments? Here is what my CUST. INV.'s looks like.

Followed your steps....all appears OK. I still cannot retrieve the old invoices. Q support can't help, because I have a difficult time understanding what is being said.

Based on the image you sent in, my first impression was that the Customer Invoices register view was filtered to only show Uncleared transactions.
In that case, resetting the filter fields at the top of your register view to "All Dates", "Any Type", "All transactions" should have resolved the issue.
