Email should not affect your download as the program is not emailed. You need to go to quicken.com, sign in and go to Download Quicken.

Do you have a Quicken UserID and password?

See if Quicken created a New Quicken UserID and password @:

https://www.quicken.com/ or

https://signin.quicken.com/signin?response_type=code&client_id=quicken_estore&redirect_uri=https%3A//www.quicken.com/qam-callback

Enter your New Email Address and see if Quicken has it. If not,

Once in change your Quicken User ID

You can change everything, so you don't need to Create a New Quicken User ID Account.
