Endless loop when I attempt to renew my subscription

Anyone else have issues trying to renew? I'm stuck in an endless loop - for some reason, despite being logged in, when I go to renew, it asks me to log-in, then it says since I already have an account, I can just continue to use my current log-in. It just keeps going round and round.

I contacted support and had to hang up after being on with them for 45 minutes (about 30 minutes of which were spend on-hold as the rep consulted with someone else).

Any ideas? You'd think that a software company would be able to handle renewing a subscription, but perhaps that's too much to ask. I'm sure I've cost them more than $50 already just contacting support! :)

If you haven't already, you might try clearing the browser's cookies or using a different browser.

Thanks! Did all that - different computer, different browser, removed extensions, you name it.

Was able to talk with a support rep. Apparently if you have auto-renew off and your subscription expires, it won't let you renew. You have to re-purchase the subscription, which the rep help me with. Not very intuitive, but none the less I'm all set now.

@Sean Cotter Do you have to have the rep's help or can I just do that online myself?

@cyellen the rep help me with it. I don't know if making the purchase online without assistance will work.
