Endless loop when I attempt to renew my subscription
I contacted support and had to hang up after being on with them for 45 minutes (about 30 minutes of which were spend on-hold as the rep consulted with someone else).
Any ideas? You'd think that a software company would be able to handle renewing a subscription, but perhaps that's too much to ask. I'm sure I've cost them more than $50 already just contacting support! :)

Was able to talk with a support rep. Apparently if you have auto-renew off and your subscription expires, it won't let you renew. You have to re-purchase the subscription, which the rep help me with. Not very intuitive, but none the less I'm all set now.1
