Can't get renewal to process

Previously, I had my account set to not renew automatically. If I selected Renew, it takes me to my account page, but will not process my renewal. I have put in new card numbers, etc. but no renewal.

Leave your Account set not to Auto-Renew. When ready to renew, shop around for a better deal.
But if you want to enter your Renewal through Quicken, Leave the Account set not to Renew. Then click Setup Payment Now.
There you can enter all information, but you will not be able to change your Quicken Edition.
The Renewal Date will change to the current Date, if your Renewal is greater than 6 months out.
