CitiBank bill information not updating properly

Biller information in conflict with what's on the website. Quicken blames vendor, vendor blames quicken

Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.
Unfortunately, Citibank Online Billers is currently a known issue that is still being worked on. Unfortunately, we do not currently have an ETA on when it will be resolved. Please, refer to this Community Alert for updates as they become available.
