I have 2020 Deluxe version for Windows 10; is it true that I will still be able to use Quicken (without online payments and other things) if I let my subscription expire. I don't use any any online features.

    Yes.  Only the Starter Edition goes to read only mode.  BUT there will be a big banner to renew at the top and on the side taking up about 25% of your screen.

    I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
