I'm amazed that this screen still hasn't been updated /removed since the 2017 version of quicken.

What screen, you did not add a screenshot to your post?

The problem is that your FI's "branding" information is out-of-date.
While in Online Center, hold down the LEFT CTRL+F3 while clicking on "Contact Info", select the FI in the list and click "refresh", then OK.
Exit out of Online Center and then go back and you will find that the "2017" ad is gone.

Maybe or maybe it is just that the financial institution hasn't updated that information in all this time.  That happens too. And believe it or not at least when Intuit was running the show, the financial institution had to pay to put that there.

I checked in my setup, three FIs still showed the "2017" ad, updating the branding fixed all three.
Discover Bank was one that showed "2017" while Discover Card was not.  My CU and Target Red Card were the other two FIs.

Thank you. Worked perfectly. Where did you get the information to fix this?

I knew the ads were part of branding and someone in the past wrote the that doing LEFT CTRL+F3 while clicking on "Contact Info" would update branding.
In other words, something I learned by hanging around on this forum a lot.
