    I'm assuming you're using the subscription version of Quicken.  (For future reference it's always best the post the "make" and "model" of Quicken you're using, e.g. "Windows Premier R30.14."  That last number is the "release" number of Quicken and you can find that by clicking on "Help" and then scrolling down to "About Quicken.")
    To add another Account in Quicken click Tools > Add Account, then follow the prompts.
