Having Problems Downloading after January Update

Hi,

I am still having problems downloading from Ameritrade and Chase even after the patch. When can this be resolved?

    I deactivated the account and tried to reactive it it. It says Quicken is having trouble connecting to Ameritrade and its not my fault (lol)

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.

    An "It's not your fault" error will require a contact to support for a review of the log files and possible escalation to resolve.

    I would recommend waiting until Monday, to contact support by phone. This will also allow some time to pass in case this is a temporary issue.
